A development of over 40 Houses in the Counrty Resort Hirafu subdivision. Commissioned by a Hong Kong company and all pre-sold off the plans.

Construction started on 26th of June 2007 and to date 26 have been completed with a further 6 slated for construction this year including a cafe/leisure center.

The houses are a mix of timber finish and IMC (intellegent material choice) interiors with timber and painted interiors respectively.
